Baby Massage
5 week course, taught be an experienced nurse & Mum.
This is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks up until crawling.
This small, welcoming group will not only allow you to learn how to massage you baby but also provide you with the science behind this. It will also arm you with tools to help tackle common baby ailments such as colic, teething and constipation.
The course will: -Teach you about normal baby development — How to deal with common baby ailments such as colds, colic, constipation and teething. -Build on baby’s communication skills – Support brain and physical well being of baby -Encourage baby’s physical development -Provide a support network for Mum – Create a base for a good bedtime routine -Allow dedicated bonding time

Developmental Yoga
This is a 5 week course taught by a registered health care professional and Mum.
This is suitable for babies aged 16 weeks until crawling.
This small, welcoming group will not only allow you to learn how you can help support your baby’s development but will provide you with the science behind this. It will also arm you with tools of how to include this in to your play at home. This sessions ends with sensory play for baby.
The course will:
Support baby to develop balance, co-ordination, depth perception & spatial awareness
Enhance gross motor skills whilst stimulating muscle growth & strength Help them reach their next developmental milestone
Enhance you relationship with baby
Enhance overall wellbeing and mental health
