This is a 5 week course running on Monday mornings taught by a registered health care professional and Mum.

This is suitable for babies aged 4 weeks up until crawling.
•
This small, welcoming group will not only allow you to learn how to massage you baby but also provide you with the science behind this. It will also arm you with tools to help tackle common baby ailments such as colic, teething and constipation.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive, inclusive and non-judgemental community. Refreshments and time to chat is provided at the end of each session.

The course will:

–  Teach you about normal baby development                                                                                                                                                           -How to deal with common baby ailments such as colds, colic, constipation and teething.                                                                           -Build on baby’s communication skills                                                                                                                                                                       – Support brain and physical well being of baby                                                                                                                                                       -Encourage baby’s physical development                                                                                                                                                                   -Provide a support network for Mum                                                                                                                                                                          – Create a base for a good bedtime routine                                                                                                                                                                 -Allow dedicated bonding time
